Turning performance measurement on its head: From the measurement of performance to the performativity of measuring

This paper develops a performativist metaphysical grounding of NPM-based performance measurement as radical alternative to representationalist grounding, an that turns on its head. Performance from act representation characterized by metaphor reflection into ethical practice mattering diffraction. In performativism, does not (imperfectly) represent base for knowing and intervention afar (both in terms space time) but is somehow performative who what come count the world.
